Return to Fencing - 2022

Happy new year! We hope everyone has had a great winter break and is ready to get back to fencing.

With today's announcement, we will not be able to start fencing until Monday, January 31st (assuming no further changes). The Government of Ontario press release can be found here: https://news.ontario.ca/en/release/1001394/ontario-temporarily-moving-to-modified-step-two-of-the-roadmap-to-reopen

Some notes for when we reopen:

1. The QR code as proof of double vaccination with ID is now required by law for all athletes and spectators 12 years of age or older. Even if we've seen your proof in the past, it must be verified again, or you will not be allowed to participate.

2. If you're paying online, please do so before then, and if you plan to pay in person, we accept cash and cheque (no credit or debit).

3. Please remember to wear different shoes outdoors and indoors. We don't want to be tracking water or dirt all over the newly finished floors.

4. Remember to bring a bottle of water and wear long pants.
